2003 Custom Shop "Proud" (as a Peacock) Stratocaster. Serial #: CN507165. Painted by reknowned artist Pamelina H., whose credits include the Playboy Strat, the Harley Davidson Strat and many others. Guitar is in mint/unplayed condition and comes with Fender Cust. Shop COA and un-opened access. pack. Original Fender tweed case also included.

Background:

In 2002, the United Way organized a charity event in conjunction with the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame called "GuitarMania". Various artists painted ten-foot, Strat-looking fiberglass guitars (ninety different instruments were
made). These art instruments were then auctioned and the proceeds went to the United Way, nearly 130 partner agencies, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum's education fund.
    In 2003 the Fender Custom Shop replicated some of those works of art by building a normal-sized, fully functional, Stratocaster version. The ten-foot GuitarMania version of the "Proud" guitar was painted by internationally known artist, Martin Boyle.
